Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the sale of Ascaso Barcelona Espresso Machines between Peru Cafe Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and you, the customer. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). We accept payments through major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods specified on our website. Full payment is required before we can process and ship your order.

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or other third parties. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, and we will issue a full refund. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs.

We offer a 12-month warranty (3 months for second-hand machines) for Ascaso Barcelona Espresso Machines, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty policy is subject to specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on our Warranty Policy page.

In addition to our warranty policy, you have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or does not match the description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Act.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim, loss, damage, or expense related to your purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
