Peru Cafe Ltd. Warranty Policy

At Peru Cafe Ltd, we understand the importance of a dependable espresso machine for your home or business. That's why we stand behind the quality of our Ascaso Barcelona Espresso Machines and are proud to offer you a comprehensive warranty policy that gives you peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

For a full 12 months from the date of purchase (3 months for second-hand machines), we guarantee to repair any issues arising from defective materials and/or workmanship at no cost to you. This includes both labor and spare parts, and will be carried out by our expert technicians at Peru Cafe Ltd or our authorised service agents.

What's not covered

Please note that the following are NOT covered under our warranty policy:

    Catastrophes
    Damage or failure caused by floods, power failures, accidents, or alterations performed by non-authorised service companies.
  • 2
    Mismanagement
    Damage or failure due to misuse, negligence, or lack of regular maintenance as recommended by the original equipment manufacturer or Peru Cafe Ltd.
  • 3
    Installation
    Damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation or operation guidelines.
  • 4
    Wearables
    Wear and tear parts, including group head seals, steam tap valves, showers, and coffee filters.
  • 5
    Losses
    Any lost items.
  • 6
    Utilities
    Damage or failure due to improper power or water supply.
  • 7
    Calcification
    Damage or blockages caused by calcium/scale build-up inside components. We recommend using water filters and low calcium/magnesium water to prevent this issue.
  • 8
    Counterfeits
    Damage or failure due to the use of non-original spare parts
  • 9
    Transit
    Damage or failure during carriage and/or transportation.
